New York writer Gregory Pastel is about to realize his lifelong dream. He has adapted the book "Dracula" to a stage play. But after years of struggling, he has been unable to interest anyone in his play. A turn of fortune brings Gregory to The Valley Dale Playhouse where artistic director Nattie Sills has been having her own struggles since the death of her husband Charles, founder of the theater. Nattie agrees to produce the play. What follows is a “horror story” of its own.
